Langtang Valley Trekking
Langtang Valley Trek Close to Katmandu lies the fabulous valley of Langtang and the serene village which can be reached by driving over steep hill road. Trek through forest to an alpine valley just south of the Tibetan boarder. Good alpine views and interesting Tibetan-style villages.

This adventurous 9-day trek gives you the opportunity to get right in among the Himalayan peaks and to get off-the-beaten-track, walking through some fascinatingly remote and relatively unpopulated areas. The trek passes through an ever-changing climate and offers trekkers an exceptional diversity of scenery and culture. Altitudes of 4610m are reached, and a reasonable level of physical fitness is necessary to comfortably complete this trek.

The journey begins beside the torrid white waters of the Bhote Kosi River that follows down an immense gorge, enjoying some superb bamboo forests with an abundance of animal and bird life, including: Mountain Deer, Pandas, Langur and Wild Goats. Passing a series of majestic waterfalls flowing over house sized boulders; you will reach a hot spring where you can relax.
